Choose the paper size that matches your file. For grids and exact dimensions, use Actual size or 100% scale.
Print, then make it yours
Use a quick test page first. For planning cards, cut along the guides after printing.

Why are some lines faint?
Fine grid lines leave room for your writing. Try normal or high print quality instead of draft mode. Paper tools also let you choose a darker line color or a thicker line.
Can I print from my phone?
Yes. Download the PDF to Files or Downloads, open it, and use your device’s Print action with a compatible printer. Check the paper size and scaling before printing.
Which paper size should I use?
Choose the version that matches your printer paper: A4 is 210 × 297 mm, and US Letter is 8.5 × 11 inches. Each download has its own exact layout.
